How long does setup take?

24 hours. You fill out a short onboarding form with your property details — check-in instructions, WiFi, house rules, local recommendations. SaltKey ingests it and starts handling guest messages same-day. No configuration, no templates to write.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and your billing stops at the end of the current period. You keep access until then.
What exactly does "AI guest replies" include?

Every message a guest sends — through Airbnb, VRBO, direct booking, or SMS — gets an accurate, empathetic reply within 2 minutes. SaltKey uses your specific property details (not generic templates), so answers are correct for your WiFi password, your check-in time, your nearest grocery store. If SaltKey isn't sure of something, it escalates to you instead of guessing.
What are "pricing suggestions"?

SaltKey monitors local occupancy rates, competitor nightly prices, seasonal demand, and nearby events to recommend rate adjustments. You approve or auto-apply. Available on Growth and Pro plans.
How does cleaning coordination work?

SaltKey automatically schedules your cleaning crew based on guest check-out times, sends them instructions, confirms completion, and flags any issues (with photos) before your next guest arrives. No more manual texts. Available on Growth and Pro.
I have more than 10 properties — can I still sign up?

Absolutely. Start with the Pro plan (10 properties) and reach out to us — we'll adjust the subscription for your full portfolio at the same $19/property/mo rate. For 20+ properties, we offer custom enterprise pricing.
Is my guest data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Guest conversations are used only to generate replies for your property — never shared, never used to train third-party models. You own your data.
